Welcome to Quran Academy. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Quran Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our educational services, website, and mobile applications.

Our mission is to provide high-quality Islamic and Quranic education through modern pedagogical methods while maintaining the sanctity of classical traditions. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.

If you do not agree with all of these terms of use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and you must discontinue use immediately. The services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

Minors under the age of 13 must have their accounts managed directly by a parent or legal guardian.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date. Admin fees may apply to all processed refunds.

We offer a one-time 30-minute trial class for new students. Trial classes are subject to teacher availability and are designed for assessment purposes only.

Classes missed without proper 24-hour notice will be marked as attended and are not eligible for makeup sessions or credits.

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or
controlled by us.

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages,including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
